How to manage your paid Nextmv subscription

The basic Nextmv account is free. This gives you access to run subscription apps based off Marketplace apps (with limited usage) and is meant for exploring the capabilities of Nextmv’s DecisionOps platform.

Paid plans

Nextmv offers paid plans to take advantage of more functionality and greater usage. Two of these plans — Innovator and Scale-up — can be signed up for directly in Console. When signed in to your account, navigate to the Team section and then the Plans page to view the plans (or click the Upgrade link in the upper right of the top header).

Next, click the Select plan button for the plan you would like to sign up for and complete the form. Your account will be immediately activated with that plan upon completion.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. You can update your payment method at any time as well. Also, the Innovator and Scale-up plans include a 14-day free trial; during which you can cancel at any time and not be charged.

The Premium plan is for enterprise-grade operations and offers a variety of premium features and greater usage and compute limits. Contact Nextmv to learn more about the Premium plan.

See the Nextmv Pricing page for more details on each of these plans.

How plans work with teams

Plans are associated with teams and only the Owner role can sign up for and manage a paid plan. Once your team has a paid plan associated with it, anyone you invite to the team will also have access to these same plan features when they are using Nextmv in the context of your team.

Usage

You can view your team usage data at any time by logging in to Nextmv Console and navigating to the Team section and then the Usage page. The Usage page displays total successful run time (seconds) and total successful runs by month. You can select different months from the dropdown menu for each usage datum.

These same usage statistics are also presented on the Dashboard of Nextmv Console.
